"If I could give a zero star I would and I’ll be sure to never spend my money here again. My food arrived earlier than expected which I’m grateful for however wasn’t able to get to the delivery guy once he arrived at that time. The food was already paid for so when he called I asked him to leave the food at the door he then said “I have to verify a person” I said okay be right down and as I’m walking down to get to the door he threw my food at my door. I asked him did he just throw my food at my door and he threw his middle finger up and jumped in his car. You don’t know who your deal with in Philly these days and it cost nothing to be professional at all times. I’m the one you don’t want problems with and jumping in the car and leaving was his best bet. I called to make a compliant and the manager was no better. I didn’t get any help and they couldn’t give me a solution to the problem. Once I opened the bag to check the food the platter that the food was in was all busted and my food was all over the place. I highly wouldn’t recommend. THERE HORRIBLE AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"Ordered a cheesesteak Stromboli and was debating if I should ask for extra sauce but I didn’t because it’s 2.53 via door dash which is crazy because low and behold the Stromboli is as dry as a cracker, no sauce. It’s not a Stromboli without sauce. The fact that I opened it up and there was just pieces of tomato sauce debris. So y’all want to charge $3 for extra sauce but ain’t no sauce even on it? Never ordering again."

"I ordered from them.for the past 3 yrs maybe the fact that this is the first time I've ordered mozzarella fries, and it's hair in my fries the manager said he would remake them and to send the bad order back. I never received my new fries and they just lost a customer. I literally order from them 3 times a week if not more"

"This is how my two pizzas were delivered. One looked like it had been dropped. We used to order from Wadsworth frequently. After speaking with the manager about my order and his refusal to rectify the situation we will not be ordering from this establishment again. I don’t appreciate having my money wasted and poor customer service."
