"I was greeted as if I go there all the time, although it was my first time. I wanted a salad and Luciano recommended the Cobb salad, with the option of customizing. The salad was great, but what really stood out was the attentiveness of Luciano, who took my order, offered suggestions and made sure I received the best salad."

"We recently held a 2-year-old birthday party at the Wyndmoor Firehouse down the street from this location. We live across the country so we had never had the food before. We heard from a few different people that it was consistently good. We decided we would give it a shot for our 40 guests. The party was at 3:00 p.m. so we were not looking for lunch or dinner, but instead some easy finger foods. The recommendation was tacos and hoagie slices. We ordered both, and added churros to the order as an additional finger food dessert. We heard from many guests that they really enjoyed all of the food, and the quantity provided by Tony's Pizza City was enough that we were able to leave plenty of leftovers for the local police and first responders. The pricing for all of the different food options we were presented was more than reasonable. We would highly recommend discussing catering options with Luciano if you have a need."

"Dude… I ordered the Al pastor pizza and it was INCREDIBLE. The meat on top was super flavorful. I also ordered a chicken sandwich and it was delicious."

"I just experienced the worst customer service by an establishment my cheesesteaks where burnt and smelled weird and my fries were over cooked and when I called back to let them know all the owner kept saying was how their cheesesteaks were the best and had no complaints I’ve ordered from here for years now and I’ve never had a problem with my food until today I’m truly disappointed with the customer service I hope that $32 was worth losing a loyal customer"

"These guys are absolutely fabulous. Feels like such a personal connection. The way that the owner pays attention to every customer. Food is really great as well. I was there a couple of months ago and I was sharing with him about how I love a veggie grinder in a certain way, and he said he would absolutely make me one that way. I told him that I didn’t know about that because I had been eating the same type of sandwich at my favorite other spot for about 20 years but lately they seem to keep making mistakes and how I loved it. He told me that if I didn’t love it, not to pay him anything for it. Isn’t that how top-notch customer service used to be? Updated on 7/2/23: Love this place. Luciano really gets to know his people…. I even took a photo before devouring it this time."
