"I was visiting from Florida and staying with my daughter. On the trip up we had to replace the battery in our truck. Later on I felt there my be additional electrical issues. My daughter highly recommended Fontaine and Sons and she made me an appointment the next day. They diagnosed a problem with my alternator and promptly replaced it. Even after that the voltage gauge was off. I took it back and Mike did additional diagnoses to see what the problem might be. Long story short, he looked at everything and felt strongly the fuse box might be the culprit. The cover had been left loose and there was considerable corrosion underneath it. He felt comfortable that the underlying electrical issue was solved with the alternator and that my return trip should be fine. He did not charge any additional fee even though he spent a few extra hours on my truck. Very nice people. Very competent. I would highly recommend them."
