"This business is ran so poorly! If you need your vehicle repaired in a timely manner I suggest you seek a quote somewhere else. This place has had my car since August 22,2023 and has yet to give me an estimate on repairs for my vehicle! Also my car isn’t sitting in their driveway or garage but across the street in and auto zone parking lot. I recently went to check on my car and some parts appear to have been stolen off the front of my vehicle. I’ve reached out several times and showed up to this place twice. I received the same answers over and over again. I am now moving to FL without my car hoping I can still get an estimate. Apparently it takes 1 month and a week to put my car on a lift to give me a quote. If they were that high demand they should have said so before I paid money to have it towed to the shop. My window also now has plastic and tape on it and I was told its because my window wont roll up do to electrical problems that didn’t exist prior to them having my car. With all the rain etc I pray my car wont need more work than it already does."
