"This company has terrible customer service. Who ever answers their phones needs a lesson on how to treat customers respectfully. I have been calling for weeks trying to make a reservation and was continually pushed off to the "operations manager" who never followed up. When I called again to follow up the woman who answers the phone was very dismissive and rude. You definitely lost my business."

"Used Haymarket for a week long leadership conference with just under 1,000 students and they were incredible to work with! We had 18 drivers for our large group and they did a great job with navigating us all around the city. I lead a coach with 52 students and our coach driver was Dwayne. He was such a joy to work with and loved our students (and they loved him!). He navigated us around so well and even helped us fit in some tight spots with our timeline. 10/10 recommend for any and all touring needs in DC!"

"I utilized Haymarket 13 passenger shuttle for a private party on my land. I needed an agency to shuttle my guest from a parking lot to my outdoor house party. I had about 100 guest. Clinton was my driver. The bus was clean and cool, Clinton was easy to work with and so pleasant with great professionalism. All my guest raved over Clinton and the shuttle services more than my actual party :). Thats how great the services were. The reservation process was smooth and easy, all my questions and concerns were addressed and it was done with the upmost professionalism. Thank you for providing great services.
