Not only did she walk me through all of the details and answer all of my questions, but she was easy going and went out of her way to make it super special for my daughter. My daughter loves the color pink, so Sherrie bought a pink boa for the unicorn to wear and even sprayed the unicorn's mane pink. Additionally, she mailed us a letter introducing the unicorn to my daughter and sent her photos of the unicorn too! I can't say enough good things about Sherrie, her customer service, and kindness.
