"Store is always a hot mess. Not run well, with folks shipping items all over the back counter. Not sure if they get this where they are supposed to go. Have just walked out on my last 2 visits after waiting 20+ minutes. Other local UPS stores are run much better."

"We use this location primarily for Amazon returns and have never had any issues returning any item. We have also showed up with 15-20 returns at once and had no problems because we were prepared with labels and codes. Katie is great in my experience. As long as I have followed Amazon’s instructions, service has been quick and efficient."

"Person was very rude when I want to drop off my Amazon returns. She told me that bar code is not working. I was on Amazon website and told her to scan and she denied to scan. Told me we can scan only one time. They are rude people and they should not be in the business. I am filing complaint to UPS corporate. Same bar code worked at Warren UPS store and their customer service is best. #Boycott Lyons mall UPS store."

They did so within a few hours, and I was really pleased with their work. And my packages that I ship from there invariably arrive in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them."
