"Expert service in handling a major repair involving imported parts. The attention to detail and final product is impressive and the fit is a absolutely factory finish. Supply chain and labor shortage created the new-normal delays, and my only minor complaint is that there was a lack of communication regarding status in the face of all that. But in the end, the final product more than makes up for it. Steve was terrific at interacting with my insurance company and the rental car agency. And was a real grown up on accepting responsibility for some of the issues, which is really all it ever takes to make up for most problems. I appreciated that. And as I say, there is simply no arguing with the extraordinary quality of the work that was completed. Of course I hope I never have to come back, but if I do need body work it will be done by classic."

"After a hit and run with an 18-wheeler, I took my car to Classic Auto Body for the repairs after reading good reviews online and reviewing their website. I had to first get my car towed from another lot, and after authorizing the tow, they complete the tow within a day and then insurance was out to inspect the car. There were a few parts that were on back order and my car had extensive damage, so the process took about 2.5 months from start to finish. However, Steve and Sheila were both very helpful in communicating progress to me as well as working with my insurance. I am really pleased with the work Classic Auto Body did after having taken my car on a few 2-hour trips since getting it back. The car is driving and working as it was, the new paint matches perfectly, and they aligned all the new panels to where you couldn't even tell anything happened. I was even pleasantly surprised that they had detailed my car when I got it back. I highly recommend working with Classic Auto Body!"

They're friendly, communicative, honest, trustworthy, and go out of their way to make sure insurance companies are doing what they are supposed to do when handling your vehicle after an accident. I honestly think I would have lost my mind after the car accident if it wasn't for Rick's support and having my back as his costumer, which really wasn't even part of his job.
