"We have had great experience with BMAB in the past, however this time around the wait is way too long. I brought in the car for them to look at it. They gave me an appointment only 2 months later to start working on it. The tool lots of pictures at that time. When I brought the car back on time, they said they needed 1-2 weeks to fix it. I can't say the work is not good but the wait is just too much for me. For this reason, I will be looking for another location next time around."

"I called Bryn Mawr Auto Body to repair my front bumper after an unfortunate rear-end accident. Linda was easy to work with, got me in within one week of me calling. Helped me through all of the details with my insurance. I needed a rental car and they dropped me off at Enterprise, who was very helpful and easy to work with. I just wanted the basic, standard car and as they didn't have any left, they gave me a fun little convertible that I had a lot of fun in for the same price. I really liked the text messages that I received from them, it kept me up to speed as to how the repair was going and if they were on time.
