"This was my first purchase from Blue Bell Motors. I drove 40 miles to see a van that looked like a quality possibility. It turned out to be a great find. The purchase process was laid back and transparent. No gimmicks. Having worked in the automobile business and purchased many cars, this was refreshing. Interestingly, I have always valued purchasing an extended maintenance warranty on the used vehicles I buy. Blue Bell did not push this, in fact they helped me with a discount on the warranty purchase. Having brought my vehicle back to Blue Bell for a small service under their warranty, on my way home I experienced a charging system failure. Nursing the vehicle to my local Honda dealer, my extended warranty covered this expense (half of what I paid for the warranty) and Blue Bell reimbursed me the deductible. That's a solid dealer as far as I'm concerned."
