"When my tire was punctured by a piece of metal, I was able to limp into George's garage with my tire going totally flat. Although he was busy with cars on the lifts, George took the time to check out the tire, identify that it was beyond repair, and put the spare on my car in place of the damaged tire. It took George about 10 minutes to swap out that tire instead of the hour or more that it would have taken me using the car's jack and lug nut wrench. After he was done, George wished me good luck and didn't ask anything for the time and effort. After insisting that he take something, I was able to get him to take the only cash I had in my wallet, $20. Thanks for your help, George!
