"I’ve ordered here before. The food was great. The cheesesteak was delicious. My daughter had the buffalo chicken cheesesteak and it was huge. They are generous with the meat and bread tastes great. They aren’t cheap, but so worth it."
"I ordered pizza and something has changed. The pizza was not as good as it usually is. The inside of the crust was almost like it had an air bubble all the way around, the bottom was over cooked and whoever made the pizza smashed it into the box even though it didn't fit. The mozzarella sticks crumbled because they were over done as well."
"Went on Sunday, after church with family . I was half through eating my food and saw a rat in the food service front counter area . I understand this can happen to any business. But the team was very rude to me at first until one person said they would take care of my meal because of the inconvenience. Also they said they had an exterminator come out Friday. So they know this is a recent issue. I have been coming here since a kid and i normally have great experiences but this is the first time i have been since new management and the food quality and service is needs some training. Not pleased and won’t be coming back with the service and food"
"The food isn’t of great quality or taste. That’s excusable to some degree. The issue is as we ate we saw a rat. One of the workers casually says “Yea we had an exterminator out Friday. I will get them back out”. We asked if the meal was comped being that we just ate food that is being stored and prepared around rats and God knows what else. They said they needed to check with their boss and that’s fair. They come back and say “you need to pay half” and here’s the bosses number. We didn’t think that’s was right at all. We don’t know if we will be sick from this (I see someone else got sick after eating here). So they begrudgingly told us they will comp the whole meal. As family from this area (3 generations) we’ve patronized Cocco’s for a very long time. There was a culture around this particular location that has been lost since the change in ownership. Cocco’s was synonymous with cleanliness, great service and quality food. This experience marked the end of an era for us. I will be making an official report to the proper health officials to make sure this matter is dealt with so that those who choose to eat here will be safe and healthy. I hope they rectify the rat issue and are successful but I will likely never eat here again."
"First time hear always heard alot about it , both slicer were good solid quality slices. Shockingly the star for me was the Detroit style. I'm usually a thin crust ny style kinda guy , the plain slice is thick for my taste, so it just didn't do it for me. But that Detroit was crispy on the outside and beautiful and soft on the inside. I can tell this place has great food in general, I shall return!"
