"I have never written a review in my life. But I write one today because I am so moved by the kindness of Colket Automotive. My car refused to start even though my lights would come on, so I never suspected that it would be a battery issue, rather something more serious. I called Colket for help and she was incredibly friendly on the phone, attentively listening to my concerns. They agreed to come tow my vehicle, and came equipped with a tow truck. One look at my car and he said it just needs a jump start. He helped me jump start my car, it started right away. I tried to give him some money for the troubles of hauling their tow truck out here and giving me a jump, but he is owner and He wouldn’t take it. He is so professional, kind, and honest people; I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. And of course will utilize their services for anything I need for my vehicles in the future."
