"We drove almost 2 hours to this dealership because my husband found a truck he wanted. Confirmed with the internet sales manager, Sherad, the day prior and verbally confirmed the final “haggle free price” listed of $51,727. We came with intent to buy and had a cash deposit, only to be told the haggle free price was about $30k more than what was listed on the website. Now we could have worked with some wiggle room, but Amy the sales manager told us there was an error in the price listed. THAT IS NOT OUR FAULT. This sales manager did absolutely NOTHING to make it right, nor didn’t even try to compromise or do anything. I run a multi million dollar business myself, and I would never let any of my customers walk away unhappy. There is always something you can do to try and rectify the situation or smooth it over. If those “mistakes” are how you lure in your customers, that’s bad business. Maybe the internet sales managers who run the website should either be more educated about pricing or more transparent about all the packages/fees because my husband asked him twice to confirm the final price before taxes and tags, and he confirmed the $51,727 price that was listed!!! How did he not know about the missing $30k?!?!!????"
