"I don’t generally write reviews, but as a fellow business owner, I’d want to know if I wasn’t meeting expectations. We’ve stayed away in the past because we’ve had issues with time management - but a few months later, tried again. I called at 5:45, was told 20 minutes for a panini, boneless wings and soup. I showed up at 6:10, after the quoted time frame, and didn’t receive my food until 6:39, almost an hour after the initial call. I understand restaurants get busy (I worked in the food industry a long time), but please work on your quoted timelines. People have families and other things going on, and don’t always have an extra half hour to wait around, when that wasn’t the expectation. Although the staff was nice, there wasn’t really much in the way of follow up or communication just to say, “hey, sorry it’ll be right out”"

"Admittedly, we stayed away from this pizzeria for at least a year because a couple of times we had pizza delivered it was very inconsistent. However, we went here last week to dine in, had the grandma pie, and it was GREAT… and even better reheated as leftovers. Our server was incredibly nice, and it was just very pleasant in there. Can’t wait to go back for the grandma pie.!"

"Heck Yeah!! This place is absolutely awesome in all respects. The food and pizza is genuinely New York quality and taste across the board. The presentation is great, the taste is really Italian, the ingredients are super fresh, the employees are awesome and so is the delivery person. The orders are always correct, the employees are patient , and the delivery guy is empathetic and makes sure that your delivery is safe and sound ! A great place to eat !! Love everything about this establishment!! Highly recommended!!"

"First time I ate here I dined in. Being familiar with this spot when Black's Luncheonnet occupied this space I was pleasantly surprised to see an open floor plan with tables however I digress. I got an appetizer the mozzarella bruschetta which was very good. I also ordered the house special panini which was good but the bread was a little thicker than I would have liked. The panini came with French fries which in my opinion was the best part of my entire meal trumping the delicious bruschetta by a mile. The fries are the perfect combination of soft in the middle but crunchy on the outside and I highly recommend them. I am uncertain if they would travel well. Being a new restaurant in Pen Argyl I was very pleased with my experience I hope it sticks around. I've included a photo of the bruschetta for your viewing pleasure, also to make your mouth water.
