"Spencer's is the holy grail of auto repair shops: honest, diligent, efficient and expedient. I've seen some reviews that complain about the price, but I suppose that goes with the territory. Face it, car maintenance can be expensive, that's life, so good luck trying to find someone to do it right on the cheap. I've had a couple of unexpected bills since I started taking my car to Spencer's, but never once did I feel like he was taking advantage of me. He does what needs to be done, explains why, and won't do work that doesn't need to be done. He'll even take you back into his shop and he'll explain stuff and show it to you. A real stand-up guy.
