"I arrived at this store at 3:58 pm and was not let in although store closes at 4 pm. I was just going to drop off a package which would take a min but was refused service. Door was closed and the associate refused to open it. Why are you advertising 4 pm if you will close it before 4 pm? Also he opened the door for another customer who gave something to him after 4 pm at 4:05 pm. It looked like he personally knew that customer and made an exception."

"This location is very convenient, clean and minimal wait time. Service is efficient, very friendly and helpful. My husband was on disability and had pages to fax, the service was excellent. We love this location!"

"Avoid this location .. On Friday my husband, Kevin Quinn, went to this UPS location on Elizabeth Ave in Somerset. Paid their employee to send a several page fax. My husband then followed up with the recipient on Tuesday who told him that he did not receive it. Re-confirmed with a second person today, Wednesday, who confirmed again that no one received my husband's fax. So, despite paying the Elizabeth Ave store for this apparent non-delivery, my husband spent this morning setting up his own electronic mail scanning. Then he sent out the same fax information electronically. So I called this store location asking about a refund, and in order to get a refund, we would need to prove to this store location that the recipient didn’t receive it. Not sure exactly how to accomplish that except that going forward, we will not be using this store location. —- Signed: Theresa Quinn"

"I was going on international trip and decided to have my stuff packed in boxes at this store. I very clearly explained to the guy that I will be checking in the stuff with the airline and give him the weight limit and box sizes. Drop off the stuff and gave guy $40 tip before he packed anything, I was told to come back later for the pick up. Later that day went to pickup the stuff and they had used extremely large boxes with very little stuff in the boxes. None of the boxes would fit in my car and none of the guys at the store was willing to help me. I would never ever go back to this store."
