"Very poor customer service, the manager there will leave the cones up so no one can enter and wash her friends cars, she opens the business whenever she chooses too. I will be canceling my membership!! And they do a poor job wiping cars down."

"Took a day trip to visit family in Cambridge today and decided to stop at Go! Wash. I puchased a wash and was told there was a temporary outage for a nonessential component, however, i opted to proceed anyway. When I came through the exit, an employee (Cameron i believe) explained their situation, and offered to spend more time manually cleaning my vehicle with her team, as well as allowing me through the wash for an additional cleaning cycle. Not only that, but she also presented me with a voucher for a free car wash for a later date. Felt like that was exceptional customer service and will continue to use that car wash and other locations in the future."

"I’ve been a customer since the day Go Wash opened and just canceled my membership. This place has gone down hill the last several months and I’m done with it. Waiting till 9:30am and they still aren’t open. Lady manager with an attitude tried blaming it on rain even though it hasn’t rained all morning. Truth is they can’t get enough reliable staff run an efficient business. This morning while waiting for them to open up (late) I could see employees just sitting in there car next door just hanging out till well after 9:15. I pulled in and cancelled my membership today and the lady manager couldn’t care less. Talked to another employee there and he said a lot of people have been canceling as well. I agree with other recent reviews about the poor management and will not return till it changes. Responding to your reply: I don’t know if you’re the girl I talked to at the wash or one of the owners. I can say though that I had been in Cambridge since 8am and there was no rain. The ground was also dry which means it hadn’t rained recently either. It’s now 10:30 and it still hasn’t rained. That was just a poor excuse to cover for the decline in service lately. Poor service lately has been a common complaint in your reviews. The common denominator between all of them is you. If you can’t stop making excuses and figure out how to get your operation back on track eventually you won’t have one. It’s sad because when Go Wash first opened it was a decent place and for a while after."

"Nice drive thru car wash. Self vacuuming included. Would be even better if they had either full service or a way to clean car mats"

"Not understanding how they take features from ur plan without tell you and continue to expect you to pay the same amount. Tire shine for one. Not wiping car off .Can understand its winter but you are open for business . So DO THE JOB YOU ARE BEING PAID TO DO. No excuses. You owe a lot of people money and I'm one. Your not going to be in business much longer doing this. My membership will end when it's due . Sorry."
