"Staff was very helpful from start to finish replacing my windshield. Estimated time for the job was 3 hours but it was done a little earlier. Work is guaranteed for the ow ership life of my car too. I was asking g about tinting my windows in the near future and the staff was very helpful with that as well."

"Horrible Customer Service. Called to have windshield replaced. Were prompt to order glass but found later also need trim clips. Ordered from dealer. Installed glass but not sure about how to install trim. Finally came and installed trim. I found trim not installed correctly. Gaps between frame and glass. Noise when driving. Tech came and looked and said will need to do more research. Matt would call. Never called. Finally got an appointment for tech and Matt to come look. Never showed (never called). Wrote to DAG CEO Homer King. No response. I would never recommend this business."

"Company is on Kent Island, MD, called and set up appointment for Monday, then they called and changed to Tuesday. I asked them if they could call and give a heads up when they're on their way so I could be set up on my end with the dump truck, they said they would and they never called. So after all this they said they would show up on Wednesday and Wednesday was a no-show so I still have the vehicle with a busted windshield and after 3 days still nothing and the truck is still sitting."

"Currently my experience is 2 stars. Communication from the shop could have been better as they said I'd receive calls pertaining to scheduling a windshield replacement, which didn't happen. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of my claim. Not a huge deal, but room for improvement. The 2 main issues I had were that the technicians left glass shards/dust in my car after removing the old windshield. Luckily I saw them before sitting in it, and had to vacuum the front half of the vehicle. The second issue is after the windshield was replaced my front wiper doesn't spray fluid. I can see where the fluid sprays inside the cowl around the engine bay. As they are closed on the weekend I'll update the review after trying to resolve the wiper issue."

"I called him first thing in the morning to see if he had availability to check the seal on windshield and he was incredibly friendly and pleasant. He was able to see me same day and repaired everything so quickly! It was amazing! I was so ready to spend my whole day sitting in a waiting room, but I was in and out in no time at all! I definitely recommend this place! It was well worth the hour drive!"
