Reviews
"This review is tricky because my child loves it and it is generally kept clean. We drive about 40 minutes to go here. However, safety is a big concern. It gets extremely overcrowded to the point where it is unsafe. There is no sign posted to let the public know the maximum people allowed for the space. I would be curious to know. We had to leave today because it was out of control. Also, there is no staff other than the woman you pay. No ongoing sanitation and kids are constantly opening the very weak gate to the play area, which is a problem because it’s so close to the main entrance. I would love to see these issues resolved, then it would be 5 stars."
"Haven't been here for a few months... came back today and it is just filthy! The floors are covered in dirt and the tiles are pulling up and bulging. The air is nasty... vents are caked in dirt as well and fans are no better. Looks like they've really let the place go over the summer - which is strange because it's the time that things slow down and they have time to make improvements."
"I didn't get her name, but the employee that day was super nice and helpful. She sanitized many of the toys and equipment throughout my stay. The place is very clean and has play areas/toys appropriate for babies to toddlers. The bathroom is also so clean and they provide the appropriate stools, baby wipes and bags for dirty diapers. We've been here multiple times. My 3 year old loves it here."
"Clean, yes, during the time that we were there employees walked around disinfecting surfaces. But there also are not a lot of small things to play with, so I feel like it is easy to keep organized. There are puzzles on a few of the walls, and a few climbing places that are seperate for smaller tots. Most of this place is consumed by two giant Jungle Jims for the kids to climb. A few slides, a small building pad, a small grocery store, and that's really it. There is a space by the windows where kids can eat and parents can sit. While we were there some kids had peanut butter sandwiches, and an employee ask their parent to put it away because it is a peanut free zone. But there were several parents walking around without socks on. We had to purchase socks when we got there since we forgot, but no one reprimanded these other parents at all. Overall the space was great for the kids to run around for about an hour and a half. But it is somewhere that we would not go all of the time, and I don't think we would get a membership."
"We had our two year old’s birthday party here and it was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the area was so clean. Perfect for a toddlers birthday. Socks are required for adults and kids, or you can purchase there. All in all, everyone had a great time."
