"On March 26, 2019; I took my car to Murray’s to have my heater core flushed ( luke warm heat on driver side and cool heat on passenger side ). Jeff went above and beyond my initial request by checking for leaks and testing the radiator cap. Once he ruled out any leaks and replaced a failed radiator cap, he then flushed the heater core 3 to 4 times which exposed grime that clogged up the unit. My heat went from 55 degrees to 147 degrees Fahrenheit! Once I arrived to finalize things- Jeff showed me the grime retrieved from my heater core and demonstrated how he tested the radiator cap ( radiator cap wouldn’t hold pressure during use of manual pump device ). He was very detailed and attentive to my requests and inquiries. I paid a fair price for a fair days work!"

"I've used Murray's on two separate occasions. First, I had my brake pads and rotors changed on an 08 Honda Civic. While maybe being priced a little high, Jeff did a really nice job and I was extremely pleased with the results. This is why I went back to them with another issue, an apparent exhaust leak in my 98 Explorer. On this occasion, Jeff drove the truck but could not hear the leak. The other mechanic could hear it but could not figure out the source. They told me not to worry about it and charged me $40, which I felt was unreasonable. They also told me my brake lines were too rusty to pass my next inspection. I asked for a quote and was told I would be contacted during the week. I waited 5 days and didn't hear anything so I called up and talked to the secretary. She told me Jeff would call me back. I waited 3 more days without hearing anything. I AGAIN called and spoke to Jeff this time. He seemed slightly embarrassed and told me he would call me back with the quote. Guess what? It's actually been months since then and I never heard back from them. Also, the Explorer passed inspection at Tires Plus without issue. I am only giving Murray's 2 stars because they are friendly and did a nice job on the brakes."
