They were super knowledgeable and Colton made sure to explain the entire process and make sure I knew exactly what was happening with insurance and the work on the car. Kathy at the front desk is an absolute gem and made me feel so comfortable asking questions and getting squared away. Honestly the best experience I have had at a shop, they even helped me easily coordinate a rental car and when I got my car back it was detailed and SO clean and it sure was not that way when I dropped it off hahaha. "I was recommended to Brandywine from a co-worker who had a great experience at their Exton Branch. I wasn't sure how this branch would be, but hoped they matched the work of their other site. I worked directly with Julian for most of my interaction, and he couldn't of done a better job keeping on top of everything. They accommodated all the requests I had and dealt with the insurance. I only had to get involved when necessary. When I got the car back I was very happy with all the work. The car was put back to the original specs. The trunk was damaged and misaligned, but after the fix, it closes perfectly. Even down to the gapping which is symmetrical all way around. They even blended the paint up on the body so that it matched. I'll keep all my auto body needs with them and recommend them to anyone in the area to go there, or any Brandywine Coach Works branch. These guys take their time, and fix it right."
