"I took my vehicle to this shop to have a PA state/emissions inspection. The shop told me I needed four new tires, new brake pads and new brake rotors, totaling $1,400. Knowing that I had recently had the rotors replaced, this alerted me. I took my vehicle for a second opinion. I was told that I DID need new tires, however I did NOT need new rotors or pads. I had the tires replaced elsewhere for $350. This garage tried to gauge for for close to $1,100 dollars because I look like an unsuspecting female."
