"Great, friendly staff. I've never felt like I was oversold/taken advantage of at this location. I had a part that was replaced by the shop that failed not too long after. They replaced it completely free of charge w/o any hassle. It's great to have a shop that takes great care of their customers and doesn't nickel and dime you to death. Fair pricing."

"I drove in late Monday Car was making a terrible vibrating noise when in motion. The manager out of courtesy for my safety… took the two minutes to simply see what was going on. He determined immediately some issues with bearing brakes and rotors Upon further inspection showed me and let me know it could have been a week or two and my wheel may have come undone while driving He was able to get it in the following day. He communicated on everything needed and was forthcoming about the necessary work, at no point was I uncomfortable or felt oversold. I’ve read other reviews putting negative review on Granados safety and depending on anywhere you go at anytime these things happen. This is one instance I have nothing but positive feedback and am grateful they got my car in the following day and showed me everything was in good shape and most of all …it sounds and drives much better. Talk to TJ if you have concerns he was awesome."

"Do not take your vehicles to Granados for anything, took my truck in for a alignment and see why my front end goes out of alignment quickly and makes a popping noise when I turn, they told me that my upper control arms needed to be replaced so I replaced them still makes the noise after I replaced them, took my truck to another place, Granados never fully tightened my adjustment bolts on my lower control arm back up so that’s why it kept coming out of alignment after 2 minutes of leaving there, surprised my front end didn’t come off going to work"

"My car was making a terrible creaking noise so I took it in for an inspection. Apparently the problem was solved with a couple washers and didn't take much time to fix so they didn't charge me. I was taken aback from how generous they were. I will definitely come here in the future and I would recommend them to anyone else!"
