"I didn’t want to leave a review but I wouldn’t want anyone else to get ripped off. I Thought I found a good local mechanic, I was wrong. I took my truck in to get an inspection and some brakes and rotors done. I was called and told my truck is not safe to be driving and there is absolutely no way it would pass inspection unless I got both front ball joints replaced both calipers, front brake lines and brakes and rotors. Over 2000$ worth of work that they would conveniently have done that same day. I told him that I was going to take it to another mechanic to get a second opinion and he replied with a snarky comment “ I hope he knows how to replace ball joints”. So I actually had 2 different mechanics take a look at my truck both saying that the ball joints were completely fine calipers working correctly and that they would pass it even without replacing the brakes. All in all don’t feel pressured to get work done if you think something doesn’t sound right."
