"Terrible!!! My husband was in an accident last night; I arrived at the station to get his belongings out of the car at 5pm and was told “nope! Not til Monday bc there are no lights in the yard.” I just called this morning to ask if I could come pick up the belongings since we live an hour from the station and he needs his phone for work and again was told “nope! Yard is closed til Monday! I’m not making a driver come unlock the yard just so you can get your belongings!”"

"They were able to squeeze me in 3 days after Christmas before driving home to Massachusetts. Unfortunately the part I needed wasn’t able to be delivered overnight, so they gave me a temporary fix so I could drive home safely, as well as an exact write up of what was needed so I could get my car fixed while at home. I was only charged for an hour of time to diagnose the issue. Great service, great communication, and quick work!"

"I recently have a timing belt job done at the shop. John (the manager and mechanic) came to remind me about the need to have it changed whenever the car is over 1000,000 miles. So when at the time Eric Singley handled the job, he took care of the work by putting in all parts including new tensioner, pully, timing belt, and water pump, this whole kit is a complete set and necessary since he has experiences in auto services for decades. Eric is the shop mechanic at Tomdoor, joining John to provide full auto services for domestic and imported cars. John is very friendly and professional, always offers helps and advice to customers' needs. Many times he gave very quick services on check engine light or flat tires on my car with very reasonable charges. This time Singley did a great timing belt job and after many weeks the car runs flawlessly. I put off posting this review because I just want to give a fair feedback and to see how the car works. Now the car actually runs smoother than before and has no issues. Big thanks to John and Singley."

"TERRIBLE TERRIBLE 85 DOLLARS TO CHANGE A TIRE Took Work items out of van to repair tire and never put back items or even notified me the items were in the shop. Asked why they they didn't call me to inform. The worker just shrugged his shoulders."
