"Great for Maryland state inspections, but I wouldn't use them to do repairs. I don't have anything personal but getting my car back after having a repair with a related part being broken just isn't my thing. Not saying they will go out of their way to break things, but it's a bit of an inconvenience."

"I wouldn't give them a one, But I am extremely disappointed with the cost of labor. I called to get a quote it was about 500 to $600. I wanted to know how much something would cost if I brought my own parts. I called 5 other companies, and they were $400 less expensive then this company. That tells me that an average $500 repair job would be a $1000. They had great customer service, but I'm very disappointed with the cost compared to their competitors.."

"I recently brought my vehicle in for state safety inspection and I was notified by the technician that my front two windows had tint that would not pass inspection. He then offered me their tint removal service which I accepted at $10 a window. After picking up my vehicle there was still adhesive all over both front windows because they said they did not have time to make it perfect. I accepted the vehicle back because I knew the tint place would clean it before reinstalling legal MD compliant tint. After registering the vehicle I brought it to the tint shop and once they removed the adhesive from the passenger side, there was visible scratches from forward to aft in a scraping motion. I asked to see the tint shop surveillance cameras to see if the had used razor blades or scrapers on my window, and after 20 minutes of review, they did not. My window was damaged during the tint removal. The scratches are extremely visible once they laid the tint over it, giving it a black background. I called the owner of California Complete Car Care and he was very rude insinuating I had scratched my own window and would not even have a civilized conversation about what had taken place. I brought a $50,000 vehicle to them with no issues, they offered me a service to remove the tint, and they damaged my vehicle during their service. They should stand by the work they did, I know it wasn't on purpose, but they need to make it right and it seems that the owner won't be a stand-up business owner. Its not right that I have to accept their fault during poor maintenance. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
