"Very happy with BMW Devon service group. Had a situation and needed my car towed. They were closing the service center for the day on Friday but they said just send the car over and we will take care. I bought my car from Otto’s BMW and tried to reach them, it’s been 20 days and have not received a call back. At Devon, got a call back in 15 minutes. Once the car was in their shop they were very prompt and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Lou A my service advisor was very helpful and forthcoming . He would keep me informed and if I call he would respond within a couple hours! Really happy with their customer service. I am done with Otto’s group, BMW Devon is my preferred choice for servicing my BMW."
