"I was in close to 2 months ago with my 18 sierra 2500 for undercoating and spraying inside the bed sides, rockers, cab corners, doors, hood, fenders etc. When I arrived to pick the truck up I immediately saw the front of the frame wasn't sprayed and the rails for rear shocks and fuel tank mounts weren't coated inside. I asked a manager if that was supposed to be done he said yes and immediately took care of it but the guys doing it looked disgusted. After taking the truck a few days later I put on my lift and looked at the job they did. They didn't do the bed sides (which is easy) so I doubt they did every other panel they claimed to do. That didn't do inside of the frame and still missed spot and oversprayed like a mother! I had spray down the side of my truck, cab, bed, wheels etc and not everywhere it should be. I DO NOT recommend this shop. Terrible job"

"Great job with the window, had some mild inconveniences with it but was offered a clay bar wax for the trouble and they reached out to me to make it right. What excellent customer service and nice people. If you want your windows tinted come here."

"They got my truck in the same day I called and did quality work. The staff was friendly. However I would recommend pricing checking them against the Maryland store before approving the work. The Maryland store came back at half the price for the same work."

"0 stars! The worst detailing place I’ve ever been. Brought my Volvo xc90 to them. Charged me for the interior detailing 2 prices ($250) for nothing. Because it was dirty. Really? ALL the plastic elements stayed dirty. Left dirt in all wrinkles on the leather seats - they didn’t even touch it. Windows looked untouched. All I could see they just vacuum cleaned and steamed the carpet a little bit. The carpet was dismounted because I was fixing something and I thought it’s easier for them to clean it but they assured me to put it back and they will clean it properly otherwise I’ll not be able to put it back on the floor. I did. Emailed them a few times after but they never got back to me. I gave you guys plenty of time before I write this review. 5 months is enough. On all my questions they answered in a disrespectful and rude manner. In my opinion they shouldn’t do detailing. I’m attaching some pictures for the next customers. Have a great day!"
