Union Forge Park

"A great little park in town. I just wish there were lights on the side with the soccer fields so the rec soccer league could schedule week night games if Saturdays get rained out. Might be nice to add more to the park too like a track. Nevertheless it's a beautiful area with pretty river views nearby."

"Love this park for the kids. Can play ball, any sport with a ball. Playground is nice and well maintained. Close to the river too."

"This is a great park. Lots of space and variety. It is also always clean. Play area for the kids, bball court, large field, the stream borders the park. At the back end of the north side are two old buildings and trails up to Solitude House."

"We took 3 and 5 yr. olds to the park and most equipment was too small to use. The older equipment used to be sized for multiple ages and small and larger kids. Disappointing for kids had to go to different out of town park. My grandkids are tall but young. My own children were tall and had the same issue. Town should use various sized pieces so all children can be included."
