"The Papa John's in Trooper confuses me to no end. This restaurant is so inconsistent with their food. You could order pizza and wings several times and receive a perfect order then order one more time and get over cooked wings and a burnt pizza. I just don't get it. Don't they check the food when it comes out BEFORE they allow it to be given to the customers??? I recently ordered a pizza and it was absolutely burnt and dried out and the wings were chewy and over cooked. I don't get it?"

"First time. Last time. I ordered a pepperoni pineapple pizza. I got 17 pepperoni total which did not cover every slice. The pineapple did not cover the whole pie. The sauce was painted on so thin it was dry after being in the oven. This is why I never will go to a franchise pizza shop ever again. No pride in their product. The franchise owners need to periodically do secret quality control checks. I might just reach out to Shaquille O'Neal as well."
