"I called this to do a repair on my car as it had excellent reviews on google. The gentleman I spoke with first told me he would have to ask his boss to see if they could do the work on my car and he would call me back. I never heard back from him, so I called today and I got the owner on the phone and asked again if the work could be done on my car. He told me they were so busy that he didn't know if he could get to my car for a few months. I asked if I could make an appointment for late December or early January, at which point he began asking me how I knew my car needed a head gasket. I told him that my primary mechanic told me that it needed a head gasket, and then he pressed me as to what were the symptoms to which I didn't know as I am not a mechanic. He then accused me of giving him an attitude when in fact he was the one giving me the attitude. He just didn't want to work on my car and made it seem like it was a huge hassle. I wish I received the same great service with a smile that everyone else on here did, but I guess today wasn't my day. This guy was just plain rude- I don't recommend."
