"Title: A Nightmare Experience with Crash Champions - Beware! I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Crash Champions at the Lehigh Street location, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience. Initially, I thought I was in good hands when I received an estimate for the damages to my vehicle. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a nightmare that left me feeling deceived and mistreated. First and foremost, the initial estimate provided by Crash Champions turned out to be a mere mirage. After agreeing to the estimate, they added more charges without any clear explanation. The end result? My vehicle, which could have been salvaged, was declared totaled by Allstate Insurance, a company I've been loyal to for 45 years. Adding insult to injury, Crash Champions made me sign a document without providing a proper explanation. Unfortunately, I was without my glasses at the time, and they took advantage of the situation, leaving me feeling coerced and blindsided. To make matters worse, I was forced to rent a vehicle at my own expense due to the unnecessary delays and additional charges imposed by Crash Champions. The vehicle I entrusted to them drove in perfectly fine, and now they refuse to repair the damage they caused, instead charging me to put the car back together or insisting on towing it away. Throughout this ordeal, I dealt with individuals named Lauren and the Manager, Nancy who was unable to speak with me due to an impending meeting. Their lack of transparency, professionalism, and empathy during this process only added to the frustration and disappointment I experienced. In conclusion, my experience with Crash Champions has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative options. This company's lack of integrity and customer service is appalling, and I am left regretting the day I chose them for my vehicle repairs."
