"This place is exceptional. We had our son's 6th birthday here after attending a few other events at Playpad and deciding it had to be the spot for his party this year. Make sure you book well in advance because times and dates fill up consistently. There's so much for the kids to do and the staff is helpful."

"Facility was much better when it was newer. Even had my son’s first birthday here. Two years later, I was so disappointed to bring my kids here. The place was so dirty. The front lobby was bare and not welcoming. Love to support local businesses but I don’t think we will be back after our last visit."

"Bare shops, because everything is literally thrown everywhere you can imagine, all over the place. Very unkept during the day. Everybody understands children are playing but staff should be in here cleaning up as the day progresses so that new children coming in can actually find a toy where it belongs. How can you make believe when there’s nothing to play with? Kitchen dirty and not cleaned at all. Didn’t see any staff for the multiple hours that we were there on each occasion that I have actually gone here. Glorified library, except for the climbing structure, as many of the libraries in the area have similar things for free. Save your money and go somewhere else."

"I do not recommend throwing a party here you will pay a ton of money and it is very rushed. they leave no time between parties for guests to set up and they don't actually clean or disinfect any toys in between. kids only got about an hour of play time because pizza and cake were a whole hour so my baby didn't even get much playtime. it was so stressful. the hosts didn't check in much and didn't greet people at the desk. I would not waste so much money!"
