We have never had a car company not try and sell us extras or things we did not want. The payment was exact amount that was quoted. The total purchase was not over one hour. "Just purchased a 2023 Nissan Rouge on 12/15/23. I started looking in September when I stopped in as I was going by. A very nice salesman, Nick Farrow came out to great me. I let him know I wasn’t ready yet but was looking. He was very kind, courteous and helpful but most importantly not at all pushy. We stayed in touch via text and I went back another time and test drove 3 different vehicles. Nick took his time familiarizing me with each model I drove. And again I did not feel at all pressured. I let him know that at my sons insistence I was trying out other vehicles at another dealership. When I was ready I sent him a text letting him know I was ready, what I could afford and gave him other parameters. Within minutes he came back with information I needed. The finance man was also very helpful in getting me financed with zero down and zero trade especially just coming off of a bankruptcy.
