"We were on vacation when our alternator went out in our truck. We had to check out of the hotel the next day. Kevin had to order the part because it’s not a common in stock alternator. We checked out at 11:00 and by 11:05 he was at the hotel, hood up and working on the truck. By 12:20 we were on the road. He took the time to test the battery as well and show me on the multimeter that juice was flowing from the alternator to the battery. He came to our rescue and charged a very fair price.
