They find great contractors (with competitive bidding) for all work that has occasionally been needed (plumbing, heating, A/C, landscaping, pests,...). They pay for all work out of our account so I don't have to deal with contractors directly or write checks. They provide a convenient yearly profit/loss statement for tax purposes. Highest recommendation. Truly, they are wonderful."
