Domino's Pizza 4811 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073

"I haven't had to much of any trouble. Always my concern is if the crust is baked and always is when I visit. The only issue is I feel like I'm missing sauce everytime. Ordered to-go pan pizza with cheddar and pineapple"

"It took 4 hours for my pizza to arrive. 4 HOURS. I ordered at 6:32pm & the driver delivered my order (1 medium pizza & 8 wings) was delivered at 10:30pm. I called several times to check on the order. Then the driver was rude when he arrived and I asked (politely!) why it took 4 hours. I already tipped him 20% when I placed the order on the app initially. Awful experience."

"A simple order of 2 large pizzas became a huge ordeal. Order not correct. Staff seems to be under trained or brand new with no experience at all. When I arrived to pick the pizzas up, there was another customer having issues and was there the whole time trying to correct his order. I do not recommend at all"

"Ordered from here and it took over an hour for my food to arrive. I was told they only have one driver. They also have issues with their app . Which I understand is not their fault however it’s not fun to see your food saying delivered when it hasn’t. I will say the lady was nice on the phone when called about my order but seemed to be rushing me off the phone because they were backed up. I would just recommend to order from someone else till they get their staffing up to date"

"I love Domino’s and this is such a great location. They make every pizza up in 10-15 minutes, so there’s no wait time. I get the same thing every time: hand tossed crust with light Alfredo topped with feta, Asiago, spinach, and onions. (Thank me later) Quality has stayed very consistent every time I’ve ordered expect, for the free pizza I got with their rewards program. In this case it was very over cooked and there was barely any sauce."
