"After a weird engine light came on and getting no help from the local Lexus dealership, I contacted DeGrandis Auto and spoke with Rob. He explained how busy they were and could not schedule a full service for a few days but suggested I bring the car over to look at the issue before trying to fit the car into the schedule. He determined the issue and fixed it on the spot. I work in the hospitality industry as a consultant, and this type of service exceeds expectations! Congratulations to Rob and the team, they are good at what they do and understand five-star service.
