"Horrible service. Horrible attitude from a woman I have spoken to over the phone 2 times. Trying to get my car title changed over and when I first went in I was told it will take 3-4 weeks to arrive. I called at 6 weeks and then was told it takes 8-10 weeks. Now at 12 weeks of waiting.. I am being told I “misheard” and I was never told 3-4 weeks of wait time for a title and 12 weeks is the standard. Save your time and go to another tags place."

"I used Best Auto Tags to update my name on my car title. They sent in my forms and within a month I got my new title. However, PennDot spelled my name wrong so I went back to Best Auto tags and asked them to resend my documents. It took them 9 MONTHS to resend my documents. During this 9 month period, I was calling them almost every month (sometimes multiple times a week) asking and making sure they sent my forms. I was working with Chris (who I believe is the owner or manager) and he lied to me repeatedly throughout this process. He would tell me he sent everything in when in fact, he didn’t. At one point, I simply asked them to just give me my title back so I could go somewhere else and they couldn’t find my title and wouldn’t give it to me. I became so helpless and frustrated that I contacted PennDot myself and had them get in touch with Chris to get my forms processed. This was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had with a business. Best Auto Tags is unprofessional, unorganized, and they are a waste of time and money."

"Can’t speak on their services since they weren’t open when I went there. Their store front and website say the store is open at 10 am. I waited till 10:15 and tried calling. The store was dark, locked, and had a closed sign."

"Don't use this place. Use a place that does instant tags. They were sketchy af and didn't file my paperwork for months which lead to me getting pulled over for driving while Black(officer told me only pulled me over because of my registration didn't matching my vehicle). I paid them hundreds of dollars which included their fees and they kept it 2.5 month without filing my papers. Meanwhile Best Auto Tag's staff made me pay to renew my registration, when I got a new(used) car 3+ months before my registration was due because they said Penndot was backed us so I "had" to pay them to renew it early which was a lie. I found out from the officer that my plates still had my old cars info on it. I called Best while I was sitting on the side of the road and they were like well it's still 3 weeks before you have to have it transferred over. Because of them I was put in danger when I was pulled over on a dark road alone by the police (thank the lord I have never had a tickets or whatever & the officer let me go) and my young child had to wait at home alone for 1.5 hours while I sat in my car while the police held me for my registration being messed up. I guess the officer also called Best Auto. Luckily the owner was there, I called while I was pulled over too. The next day Best called me and said they were expediting my registration paperwork but I had to come in a sign more papers giving them permission to expedite. They took my money held it for 2.5 months & never did my paperwork! I didn't get a discount for them holding my papers for months. I paid the same $$$ as everybody else, Avoid this business"

"Although the clerk on duty was nice enough, she didn't sing very concerned when I had an asthma attack due to the fact that this place smells like strong cigarette smoke. I was outside for most of the time and would have left completely had I not needed to get my title report, which she told me she could do but after half an hour and several phone calls discovered she couldn't. Not her fault, but not a pleasant experience. Stay away if you're asthmatic."
