"Its the first time that i do this, but im extremely frustrated. I was treated horribly and i need to comment about it. Ive been living in huntingtown for 9 years now. Our car window regulator broke and the estimate from the mechanic was between $300 - $350. We called and they informed us it will be $575 without tax, the piece only costing $299, but they let us know it was miscommunication. I declined and they called back saying that if we supplied the piece they'd only charge us $130. I was able to find the piece on amazon for $55, which was way cheaper. I took it in today, and i get a call back saying that the indoor car panel was broken and they couldn't do anything about it. They charged me $130 to place the new regulator we supplied without the panel (leaving the door useless) and they blamed the broken panel on us (even though when we supplied it nothing was broken.) The receptionist was extremely disrespectful, saying that if we didn't pay for the half-done job we wouldn't be able to take our car home. I payed, took the car home without a panel and no one took charge over breaking the indoor panel. Extremely un-professional from HI-TECH AUTOMOTIVE 2.0"
