"Came in for identogo service. There was a little bit of a line but the lady processing them was the only one working. She was working very quickly and she couldn't have been nicer so I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. Ive gotten this done at AAA twice before and it's taken far longer even with nobody in front of me. Will definitely come back here for this service if I need it again in the future."

"Don’t waste your time here. Owner is incredibly rude to customers. I got here a few minutes late for a fingerprinting appointment but the store was closed, despite their hours saying they’re open. The owner then took the people that got there after me even though I was there first. I walked right out and plan on never coming here again."

"An apt name. Went here for fingerprinting for a background check. The people working there were very belligerent and rude. There was some issue with the proper code and the worker started to shout and bang the counter instead of trying to resolve the problem. Disorganized, chaotic and untrustworthy. I have zero confidence in their ability to conduct business. Will not use any of their services."
