"I ordered and paid on the app at 12:30PM for a 5:30PM pickup. When I arrived they hadn’t even started making it yet. I was told it would be 10 minutes. I didn’t get my pizzas until 5:55PM. It was painfully obvious that they were understaffed and the gentleman in charge was noticeably frazzled and stressed, and it led to him being short with customers (the lobby was full of people waiting) and the other staff. I don’t blame him; it was ridiculous. If you can’t staff appropriately to operate, then don’t operate. You wasted my time. This location just recently opened and it’s close to me, but I won’t be back."
