"I ordered the urd short throw shifter upgrade as well as the gauge cluster mount for the steering wheel for my 2017 tacoma 3.5L v6 with manual transmission. The parts showed up in perfect condition and on time.one plate was missing for the gauge mount but quick customer service had that taken care of and the part to me in no time. The parts were quality and the install was just as described. Great experience and products with underdog racing development."

"Unbelievable frustration. 0 customer service as a novice installer for a 6000 dollar part, correspondence (strictly over email) was unenthused and lackluster for such a large purchase. Representative made me lose all hope in truck mods. When offered a more simple solution to a wiring install that was proving very difficult, my hope was lifted. The representative left out the fact it was over 400 dollars until after they had their kit control unit back. Struggling for months with their brand of supercharger has been the most miserable experience of my intermediate mechanic life. I hope The absolute lack of service and vague responses will make me and anyone else Absolutely stay away from this company.! 0/10!"

"Bought the speed unlimiter for my Camry. It came with instructions for installation. I installed it and my car ran worse than before. I contacted Gadget by the contact form on his website, called his business and left a voicemail since no one picked up, and left him an email. His response was slow but eventually got back to me by email. He asked if I tuned the device correctly. I told him I was unaware that it needed tuning, nothing on the website indicated it did, nor was I given tuning instructions. I informed him that it was a plain black box and I didn't see anyway to adjust it. He sent me tuning instructions which did not come in my original package. After reading them I discovered that you have to take the box apart and adjust dip switches inside of it for your application. I adjusted them and the car still ran poorly. I contacted him about the tuning screw inside the box as the instructions say to adjust it while monitoring voltage at a specific location on the car. I asked where this location was, he did not give me a direct answer and only said to read the instructions "better". So, at that point, I decided to return the device. I paid for shipping, wrote a letter asking for a refund, and sent everything to his P.O. box. Weeks went by and I did not receive any money. So, I contacted paypal to file a complaint against him. He charged me a $45 re-stocking fee and I finally got a partial refund. If you like being mistreated by someone and belittled for not knowing as much about Toyota technical information as others then Underdog Racing is the company for you."
