"My mom had her vehicle here for an accident repair...what I dont understand is if you take the vehicle in prior so they can get the claim started and order all parts...why it took 2 weeks longer than expected...and when she finally got her vehicle back, the front windshield was cracked. They repaired, after trying to coordinate that getting repaired for like a month. They really need to get their "customer service" timing in order. It wasn't the best of service yet the vehicle is finally fixed completely. DO BETTER Caliber Collision!!"
