"The day after Christmas my car broke down and I was told my transmission was destroyed. I had my car towed to a local transmission shop where I was quoted for a rebuilt transmission with a one year warranty. I was told a refurbished transmission with an extended warranty would be an additional $2,000. Paul at Glenn’s European Auto Repair saved the day and told me I could get a refurbished transmission with a lifetime warranty for the same price I was quoted at the other shop. I immediately had my car towed to Glenn’s (on a Tuesday), and I was back driving my car by Friday evening. They even took my car to the car wash! I got an amazing deal, and excellent service. "I have to preface this by saying I did not get my car serviced but it was only because I determined that it was more sensible for me to just get a new car. Once I get my new car, I will definitely take it to Glenn’s for all my service needs. I walked in as a total stranger and was met with open arms immediately. The customer service is just second to none. I went in to see if I could be scheduled but to my surprise, they asked for my keys and took my car back within minutes. I was not expecting that at all. I met Jeannie, Sarah and Zachary and they were all just wonderful people. I can tell they are really good people and they know what they’re doing.
