"BE WARNED!!! I went in for an inspection where they found a list of things that needed work, I was charged 100 in parts for a battery tie down, when I looked at home there was my original setup with a 2x4 wedged in the bottom of my battery. On top of that there is radiator fluid in my engine bay as they didn’t put the cap on. I also requested an alignment to be done multiple times and when I went to pickup the car that was also not done"

"As a charter boat captain, I was trailering my boat down to Chesapeake Beach and unfortunately had a valve stem go bad on my truck. It is 3 o’clock on the day before Thanksgiving, and the guys at arts jumped to take care of me so I wouldn’t be left stranded. They didn’t bat an eye about taking care of me. If that’s not customer service then I don’t know what it is. They are certainly good people in my book."
