"Had an appointment at 9:15 did not hear anything from them by 1pm (after I was told estimate would take only 45 min). I called around 145 and was told I would get an email with my estimate by the end of the day (Before 5pm). Next morning still no estimate. Called right before 10 and was told they can't work on my vehicle because it's over 200,000 miles. Sorry 1. What does the mileage have to do with getting a repair 2. Why didn't anyone call me the moment the estimate started to inform me 3. Where in a Handbook or website does it say this in your policy TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Extremely mad. Time wasted"
