"I signed up for this class about a month in advanced. I was so excited about it. It was going to be my little Eat, love, pray weekend trip for my birthday but I came down sick the week before. I thought I’d be better by the weekend but my sore throat came back that night. The policy is you have to make the transfer to another day 48 hours before the class. I technically emailed them 46 hours. I also called the next day but no one returned my call. I went to the doctor. I had a sinus infection and even got a doctors note. When they finally got back to me they said absolutely no exceptions even though I explained to them what happened. Horrible customer service with absolutely no compassion. I understand if you want to have a rigid policy but I have a group of 8 girlfriends who love doing stuff like this. I had already suggested we do a girls day trip out to this place cause a cooking class was on their bucket list. That’s $150 x 8 = $1,200. But they’d rather keep my $150 than provide an exception that would win them new business. I won’t be rebooking my trip to this place. The way they treated me just left a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended. I’d rather patron someplace that cares about building relationships with their customers and isn’t focus solely on taking peoples money."

"Wow, this was quite the experience! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. My wife and I had a wonderful date night, and learned some new recipes we can make at home. I'd recommend this to anyone in the area. Beautiful view to look at while you're cooking and eating too!"
