IF YOU LOOK UP KROC CENTER IN WEBSTERS IT WILL SAY IT MEANS EVERYONE. BRING THE DAY PASSES BACK. WE DEPEND ON THE KROC CENTER FOR MORE THAN YOU KNOW. IT'S EMBARRASSING TO KNOW THATDAY PASSES ARE GONE CAUSE IT SPEAKS A MULTITUDE OF DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES. HIRE MORE SECURITY. DEDICATE 2 DAYS A WEEK FOR DAY PASSES. YOU HAVE TO START SOMEWHERE. I KNOW YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IT. ITS LIKE SAYING WE ONLY SAVING CERTAIN LIVES. COMMUNITY MEANS EVERY AND ALL CAUSE ITS ONE BODY. YOU DO HAVE CHURCH SO THERE IS FORGIVENESS. "The overall facility is nice looking, I dislike the fact that they stop guest passes because lack of staff me and my work out partner can’t even workout together due to this inconvenience, and every time I’m in there it’s ghost town , more staff then people actually working out …. Just sad most of the staff are just sitting at the desk on their phone"

"Although COVID19 lock down caused major issues! The pool should have never been shutdown because of the wellness exercise it provides for members with disabilities. Kroc center management and it's administration are weak, because they couldn't create a survival plan from 2020 to 2023. Front desk staff should not have nasty attitudes when not being disrespected by anyone,they're apart of a Christian based organization. Even before the lockdown there was strange things going on with the pool from late fall 2019 to March 2020 where the temperature of the pool water was ice ice cold the lifeguards pool manager and staff tried to accommodate and spoke out but we're ignored. Someone has forgotten the members and community are their strongest allies."
